<p>I correctly configured the Super Disk and Super Disk Custom Object Cache State Entries (http://technet.microsoft.<wbr>com/en-us/<wbr>library/ff<wbr>758656.asp <wbr>x< /wbr> </wbr></wbr></wbr>).</p>
<p>Everything was going well until recently, when I got a notification from Sharepoint users that everyone (including collection site admins) was getting the “Refusedis not available” when trying to connect to the matched site.</p>
<p>Prior to this issue, users were generally unable to access site collections outside of the Internet. This was fixed by restarting the default web page application in IIS.</p>
