If “Local Group Policy” is used as the end user policy, the issue might be a lack of feedback. Because the Start Menu Layout setting is a user policy, it should successfully apply to user objects, not computer objects.

If you want this to apply to the user only Users, when they can enter your session functions, you should use creating loops. This tells the laptop’s diet account to process any user policy in that computer object’s OU path. Find out if you have other user policies in place as the whole company applies to the user if you enable round-robin.
